Bringing international food, beverage and spirits brands into Southeast Asia, and exporting the region’s beer, spirits and specialty foods to importers worldwide.

In Southeast Asia, we help international brands find the right route to market, through importers, distributors, food service and convenience retail. In the other direction, we export the region’s beer and spirits, and consolidate Thai snacks, nuts, snack bars, nougat, dried fruit, instant noodles, drinks, sauces and specialty foods into mixed containers for retailers, wholesalers and e-commerce sellers worldwide, from Hong Kong and mainland China to Europe, the Middle East and Australia, with labelling arranged for each market, including Chinese back labels. Alcoholic drinks are sold only to licensed importers and distributors.

Thai snacks

Food and nutrition products made under your own label in certified plants across the region, from formulation to export.

We match each brand with plants already certified for its category and target market, then manage the work from formulation and samples to packaging, approvals and production runs. Sauces and condiments can be packed in bottles, squeeze packs, pouches or single-serve sachets for food service, and ready-to-drink coffee, tea, coconut water, juice and energy drinks filled in cans, PET or glass. Brands keep ownership of their recipes and specifications, and we remain accountable for quality and delivery.

We work with established manufacturers of automotive components, electronics and industrial goods, and bring them buyers that want supply over several years: manufacturers adding a second source in Southeast Asia, aftermarket importers and distributors, and brands that must assemble locally. We check ownership, certification, quality and capacity before any contract is signed, and favour long-term supply agreements over spot transactions.

Freight and logistics

An investment and acquisition partner for hotel groups, private equity funds and family offices across the region, from hotels, resorts and villa portfolios to special situations in real estate.

We source hotels, resorts and real estate for hotel groups entering the region and for private equity and family office investors, including off-market opportunities, and invest alongside our partners. For owners, we arrange sales, recapitalisation, a change of operator or conversion, and for lenders we resolve non-performing property. Every project has its capital, approvals and operator in place before work begins.
