Freight & Logistics

Freight arranged with every shipment, from a single reefer container to a bulk cargo, so buyers deal with one company from origin to their port.

Bulk and breakbulk

Rice, sugar, maize and other bulk cargoes in handysize to ultramax vessels, through long-standing relationships with regional shipowners.

Containers and reefers

Dry and refrigerated 20- and 40-foot containers from ports across Southeast Asia on the main shipping lines.

Consolidation

Mixed loads from several plants combined in one container, so buyers can order a full range in a single shipment.

Cold chain and warehousing

Cold stores and warehousing in the region, with temperature records from plant to port.

Air freight

Chilled poultry, seafood and fresh produce by air to markets across Asia and the Gulf.

Inspection and documents

SGS inspection at the plant before release and load-port surveys for bulk vessels, with bills of lading, certificates of origin, and health and phytosanitary certificates.

Trade terms

Every contract names its Incoterms® 2020 rule and the port or place of delivery.

FOB

Free on board, named port of loading. Our standard term for sea freight; the buyer arranges the main carriage and insurance.

CFR

Cost and freight, named port of destination. We book the vessel, so tender and landed-cost comparisons are complete.

CIF

Cost, insurance and freight, named port of destination, with marine cargo insurance placed for the buyer.

FCA

Free carrier, named place. Used for air freight and for containers handed over at an inland depot.

CPT

Carriage paid to the named airport or place of destination, for air freight and multimodal shipments.

Payment

Letters of credit or documentary collection through established banks. We never ask for advance payment to third parties.

Where we ship

From ports across Southeast Asia to Greater China, Japan and Korea, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Pacific Islands, and to ship chandlers and offshore provisioning contractors in port.
